Description
A vintage souvenir plate celebrating the islands of Bermuda. In the center of the plate is a depiction of a map of the islands, surrounded by various landmarks including: the Gibb’s Hill lighthouse, Government Aquarium, Somerset Bridge, a “native carriage”, and Front Street in Hamilton. In green transferware, the plate has a diameter just about 7¼ inches and is backstamped “Made Especially for Bermuda.” It is in excellent gently used condition, with very fine overall crazing; there is a line on the back but nothing shows on the front.
