From MiniGraphics, fabric that coordinates with their line of wallpaper and carpet, this is “McBrenda” a blue and peach plaid fabric. Measuring 12 x 20 inches in 1:12 scale, it is new and sealed in the original package.
All of my dollhouse miniatures come from the estate of a collector who died in 2006 at age 93. She was the only child of a Naval officer who lived much of her life overseas, she never married and was a huge collector of dolls and dollhouses.
