“Hershey’s Chocolate and Cocoa Cookbook.” An Ideals book, it was published in 1982 by Ideals Publishing Corporation. The cookbook is a hard cover measuring 8½ x 11¼ inches with 64 pages. It is in very excellent gently used condition; flipping through, the pages appear clean and unmarked.
Advice on the basic techniques for cooking with chocolate and cocoa, accompanied by an assortment of recipes for cookies, cakes, pies, candies, breads, and beverages. It is an older book but chocolate never goes out of style.
