It’s in good condition with some wear to the cover.

“If You Were The Only Girl” a waltz from the 1940’s with lyrics by Clifford Grey and music by Nat Ayer. A photo inset of a young Perry Como dominates the cover. This has a copyright date of 1929 on the first page but this was made after the start of World War II as the back cover references FDR’s prayer on D-Day.
