Adding a touch of nostalgia to your porch, this dollhouse miniature is 1:12 scale. In the package are two pieces of porch trim, they measure 1 3/8 inches wide x 1 3/4 inches high. The package is #PT-020 from Laser Tech, Atlanta, Georgia. It is new old stock sealed in the original package.
All of my dollhouse miniatures come from the estate of a collector who died in 2006 at age 93. She was the child of a Naval officer who lived much of her life overseas, she never married and was a huge collector of dolls and dollhouses.
