In 1906, when Keith Kellogg founded the company which bears his name, little did he know that he had created products so versatile that they could be used in recipes that would add excitement to every meal of the day. Soon after, recognizing that these new breakfast foods could “go beyond a cereal bowl” the Company established a home economics department in 1923, and recipes began appearing. The popularity of these recipes is the reason for this cookbook – it is the most comprehensive collection of Kellogg family-size recipes ever assembled, including the iconic Rice Krispies Treats.
