Two cookbooks from Carnival Cruise Lines: “Carnival Creations – Cruise Cuisine From Carnival Chefs” and “The Buffets of Carnival – Entertaining Secrets from Carnival Chefs.” The Buffets cookbook has an inscription from a waiter on the inside of the front cover, the other cookbook has five inscriptions, including two by chefs. Both are hard covers, and both look close to brand new, I don’t think these have been used much – if at all!
