Description
An elegant addition to a dining room, this dollhouse miniature kit is 1:12 scale. This is a Side Chair set, circa early 1800’s, from The House of Miniatures / X-Acto, Statesville, North Carolina. The wood kit is unassembled, it is #40007 and has the components to make two side chairs; it is new old stock with instructions included and is still sealed in the original factory packaging.
All of my dollhouse miniatures come from the estate of a collector who died in 2006 at age 93. She was the child of a Naval officer who lived much of her life overseas, she never married and was a huge collector of dolls and dollhouses.
