Description
Carlson’s Old Time Store Kit in 1:12 scale. The box is dated 1980 and includes the instruction sheet. It has been opened, so I can’t be sure it’s complete, but the box is very full, so I am thinking it is complete. The kit is new old stock in the original box.
All of my dollhouse miniatures come from the estate of a collector who died in 2006 at age 93. She was the only child of a Naval officer who lived much of her life overseas, she never married and was a huge collector of dolls and dollhouses.
