Description
An elegant addition to any room, this dollhouse miniature kit is 1:12 scale, made in 1980. This is the James River Fireplace, circa 1700, from The House of Miniatures / X-Acto, Statesville, North Carolina. The wood kit is unassembled, it is #41220 and has the components to make one fireplace; it is new old stock with instructions included, the bottom box is banged up a bit.
All of my dollhouse miniatures come from the estate of a collector who died in 2006 at age 93. She was the child of a Naval officer who lived much of her life overseas, she never married and was a huge collector of dolls and dollhouses.
