Description
An elegant addition to a dining room, this dollhouse miniature kit is 1:12 scale. This is the Lyre Back Chair, circa 1800, from The House of Miniatures / X-Acto, Statesville, North Carolina. The wood kit is unassembled, it is #40044 and has the components to make two chairs; it is new old stock with instructions included, it is in as new condition but the box is a bit banged up.
All of my dollhouse miniatures come from the estate of a collector who died in 2006 at age 93. She was the child of a Naval officer who lived much of her life overseas, she never married and was a huge collector of dolls and dollhouses.
