“Nationality Rooms Recipe Book” cookbook. Compiled by the Women’s International Club of the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, it was published in 1975 and is a first printing. The cookbook is a plastic-comb spiral bound soft cover measuring 6¼ x 9 inches with 249 pages. It is in excellent gently used condition with some wear / stains to the covers and a couple of the pages. It has an inscription written in ink on the inside of the front cover.

The 21 Nationality Classrooms in the University of Pittsburgh’s 42-story Gothic Cathedral of Learning were created by Pittsburg’s ethic communities. The Women’s International Club’s membership included many representatives of the Nationality Rooms Committees. By publishing this book, it brings together the unique contributions of their traditional cooking.
