A decorative roof finial, this dollhouse miniature is 1:12 scale. In the package is one roof finial, it measures 2 inches x 2½ inches at its widest points. The item number is #RFB-1 1261 from Northeastern Scale Models, Inc. It is new old stock sealed in the original package.
All of my dollhouse miniatures come from the estate of a collector who died in 2006 at age 93. She was the child of a Naval officer who lived much of her life overseas, she never married and was a huge collector of dolls and dollhouses.
