“The Macon County Extension Homemakers Cookbook” Compiled by members of the Macon County Extension Homemakers in Franklin, North Carolina, this is a fourth edition, published in May of 1977. The cookbook is a plastic-comb spiral bound soft cover measuring 6 x 9 inches with 200 pages. It is in fair used condition with a lot of wear. The front cover is halfway torn off and the pages, while unmarked, have a lot of stains from being used while cooking. Shows a lot of loving!
