Description
A Victorian window, this dollhouse miniature is 1:12 scale. It is a Victorian style double hung non-working window for exterior use with a hooded cap, sculpted bracket and sill but no interior trim. It measures 3 7/8 inches wide x 6 inches high; fits opening: 2 9/16 inches wide x 5 1/16 inches high x 1/2 inches deep. Made of wood, it is #5042 from Houseworks, Ltd., Atlanta, Georgia, dated 1982. It is new old stock sealed in the original package.
All of my dollhouse miniatures come from the estate of a collector who died in 2006 at age 93. She was the child of a Naval officer who lived much of her life overseas, she never married and was a huge collector of dolls and dollhouses.
