“Simple American Cooking” cookbook by Chuck Williams from Williams-Sonoma. Published by Weldon Owen in 1994, the book is a hard cover with a dust jacket measuring 9¼ x 10 inches with 128 pages. The cookbook is in very good gently used condition with slight wear to the dust jacket; the pages are clean, crisp and unmarked except for the two facing the front and back corners, they have some soiling.
This cookbook was written by the founder of the Williams-Sonoma cookware stores, Chuck Williams. Williams wrote a three-book series, this being one of the three.
