Description
Two real photo postcards. I believe these to be of World War II soldiers, possibly in Europe. Behind their truck is what might be a merry-go-round, I really haven’t figured out what it is. One postcard has three soldiers posing while the other is of just one soldier. Both have a “Passed by US Army Examiner” stamp on the back, as well as a name (can’t make it out) and “Not For Publication” written on the back. The one with the three men also has the following written on the back: “Thomas Wieglesworth (might be really off on the spelling), William Wright, and “you know who.” Both postcards are postally unused.
The postcards shown are fuzzy or blurry – it is an effect that I put on when I scanned the postcards, to avoid unauthorized duplication. The postcards you receive will be in focus when you receive them.
