The cookbook is a soft cover measuring 5¾ x 9 inches with 112 pages, it is in very excellent gently used condition, flipping through the pages are clean and unmarked.
This is both a fascinating and useful cookbook. The first 20 pages give the history and all the ins and outs of using sourdough in cooking. The next 90 pages contain recipes, from breads to campfire and farmhouse foods, including: Honey-Orange Pecan Sourdough Rolls, Sourdough Waffles, Hunters Stew and Hangtown Fry. The cookbook is out of print.
