The book is a soft cover measuring 5¼ x 8¼ inches with 172 pages, also included is a “dial” cardboard insert. The book is in fair used condition with wear / fraying to the covers it is taped along the spine. Flipping through quickly, the pages appear to be clean and unmarked but they are toned.
